An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager with at least five years’ experience in a generalist role. The main aim is to lead and proactively enhance all aspects of HR in our business, working alongside the HR Administrator & Departmental Line Managers. We would also welcome PT applicants for the role (on a pro-rata salary).

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and implement HR Strategies and programs that align with overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for all candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve complex HR issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR related legislation, such as labor laws and equal opportunity regulations.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to identify and resolve HR related challenges.
  • Design and implement performance management programs that drive employee engagement and performance.


  • Five years work experience as a HR Generalist CIPD Level 5.
  • Proven track record as a HR Manager.
  • An Excellent knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Strong Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
