Q. Which currency am I able to pay in?

A. We accept payment in GBP, EUR and USD.

Q. Can I buy through a distributor?

A. Yes, you can! Discover our chemical distribution services and read our list of distributors. We do sell directly to end users internationally, so purchases can also be made directly with us.

Q. Where can I find the COA of a product?

A. You can download the CoA from the product documentation section for each product.

Q. Where can I find the SDS of a product?

A. You can download the SDS from the product documentation section for each product.

Q. What do I do if the product arrives damaged or if I have a problem with a product?

A. We pack all chemicals according to the hazard and associated regulations, but if there are any problems with your order, please contact sales@apolloscientific.co.uk, and we will resolve any issues.

Q. What is the shipping cost for my order?

Q. Can you ship using my courier account?

A. Yes, we can ship using your courier account, or we can ship on our FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS accounts.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. We aim for same day dispatch on all orders where possible, for non-stock items, please refer to the quoted lead time.

Q. Can I track my order online?

A. Yes, if you log into your account, you will be able to track your orders.

Q. Can you deliver to my home address?

A. No, we can only deliver orders to registered company addresses.

Q. Will my order ship from your UK or USA stocking location?

A. If you’re a US customer and we have stock of your item(s) in our US warehouse, they will be shipped from there (excluding customers in Florida). Any other order will ship from our UK warehouse. Customers in Florida can order directly from our sister company Synquest.

Q. How do I search for an item?

You can search by product code, name, CAS number, MDL code or molecular formula using the search box at the top of the page. You can structure search by using the box just below it.

Q. How do I request a quote?

A. You can click the ‘enquire about this product’ link on an individual product or send an enquiry to sales@apolloscientific.co.uk

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can place an order on our website, or via email, fax or phone.

Q. What if I can’t find the product that I’m looking for?

We specialise in the production of novel compounds within our UK lab and are happy to receive your requests. We also have an extensive supply network to source any hard-to-find compounds which we cannot manufacture in-house. You can email our sales team at sales@apolloscientific.co.uk, and they will look into your enquiry.

Q. What are your standard credit terms?

A. Our standard credit terms are 30 days.

Q. Can I pay by Credit card if I want to?

A. Yes, you can, simply enter your details at the checkout via WorldPay. Your information is completely secure as we do not store your card details.
