• Reviewing internal processes has allowed us to reduce gas consumption by 19.5%.

• Coffee mornings and Christmas Jumper days to raise funds for local Charities.

Employee Wellbeing

• Introduced Mental Health First-aiders across our sites.
• Investing in the growth and development of our employees.
• Cost of living payment to assist employees with the rising costs.
